Family owned ladies clothing and furnishings store based in Buffalo, New York.The first store was opened by Anne W. Bunis in 1928. Expansion occured in the early 1950’s. In 1990 after the death of Maer Bunis the chairman of the company it began to rapidly descend into bankruptcy and on January 13 1991 the flagship store closed.
